“King of Thorn” screenings for the Oceania region scheduled

“King of Thorn” has been scheduled for screening at this year’s ReelAnime -- the film festival that specializes in Japanese theatrical anime releases! Starting September 2, it will be held in select cinemas in twelve cities across Australia and New Zealand. The lineup includes five hot theatrical releases, and “King of Thorn” has been chosen to be one of them!

"GINTAMA The Movie" wins prize at PIFan!

At the Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival (PIFan)in Bucheon City, Korea, "GINTAMA The Movie" has won the Prugio Citizen’s Choice award!
The Prugio Citizen’s Choice prize is selected by audience votes, and is one of the major honors given out at the film festival.

Gundam UC #1 Appears at Otakon！

In addition to Anime Expo, the first episode of "Gundam UC" will be screened at Otakon.
At Otakon (July 30 - August 1 in Baltimore, Maryland), the screening will be held on Friday, July 30 at 8PM in the HD theater.
The Blue-ray Disc will be available at Bandai Entertainment’s booth (Booth “C”).
Free postcards will be provided for those who purchase the product as well while supplies last.

Bandai Gunpla Expo in Korea 2010 Opening July 21！

This year Gunpla Expo will be held from the 21st to the 25th of July for the first time in Korea!!
Gunpla Expo will be taken place as one of the special programs at Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival (SICAF).
This year marks the 30th birthday of “Gunpla” (Gundam Plastic Models), many events will be planed for the event.
And also new items will be available!

Gundam UC Appears at Anime Expo！

Gundam UC will appear at the Anime Expo being held from July 1-4 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
1) “Gundam UC” episode 1 will be screened on July 2, at 3:00PM at LACC Concourse Hall. Anime Expo is the first convention that will screen the episode. It will be played in HD quality with English audio, and audiences will be sure to enjoy the vivid characters and dynamic mecha action
2) Stephanie Sheh (voice of heroine Audrey Burne from “Gundam UC”) will sign autographs on Thursday, July 1 at Bandai Entertainment’s booth from 4:30PM to 5:30PM.
3) The Blu-ray Disc will be sold at booth #301 (Bandai Entertainment’s booth) at Anime Expo. This is the very first time for the disc to be sold outside of web stores. Four postcards, which have never been available in the US before, will be given to those who purchase “Gundam UC” at Anime Expo as a free gift.

Gundam to be Screened at the Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival!

2010 marks the 14th annual Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival(running July 15-25), and as part of its special programming a total of eight theatrical editions and OVA will be screened!
Director Tomino will also be appearing as a guest during the sessions.
The screening line-up is as follows:
